Carrie is a seasoned executive and a well known business leader with over 25 years’ experience in building and managing Go To Market organizations. She has held multiple sales leadership roles and has most recently served as the SVP of Worldwide Sales for Nuance Communications, a company focusing on conversational AI powered customer engagement solutions, where she has spent nearly two decades. Prior to that Carrie held sales leadership roles at LifeMinders, and Inacom Information System and Data Processing Solutions. Carrie is also a mentor in the Global Good Fund, a non-profit organization who provides leadership development solutions for social entrepreneurs helping them become impactful global leaders. Carrie holds a BS in PR & Communications from the Perdue School of Business and an MS ITS from Johns Hopkins.

Rodney Pedersen is Chief Revenue Officer of Visible Alpha and oversees sales, client services, sell-side services and marketing globally, and serves as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Rodney joined Visible Alpha from FactSet where he was most recently SVP of Data Strategy. Rodney spent the majority of his career at FactSet in various sales roles, including founding and managing the company’s Hedge Fund team.
Rodney has a B.S. in Economics from Auburn University and is a CFA Charterholder.
Matt Ober is the Managing Director & Chief Data Scientist at Third Point LLC. His focus is on leveraging data and technology to enhance the fundamental investment processes across equity, credit, and venture capital investments. Before joining Third Point, Mr. Ober spent over 5 years at WorldQuant LLC where he was the Head of Data Strategy. Prior to WorldQuant LLC, he worked at Bloomberg on the Analytics team. Mr. Ober is a CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Association) holder and earned his B.S. in Finance at California State University Chico, where he is currently a member of the University Foundation Board of Governors.
Tim is a co-founder and CEO of BattleFin Group Inc. BattleFin is an ecosystem focused on bringing alternative data to the world through BattleFin’s Ensemble© Technology Platform. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Tim was the President and a Partner at Lion’s Path Capital, a hedge fund strategy incubator where he allocated capital to 30 fundamental and systematic portfolio managers since the launch in 2009. From January 2006 until 2009, Mr. Harrington was a Portfolio Manager at J.P. Morgan Ventures where he was in charge of Global Technology, Media & Telecom Investments. From February 2002 until January 2006 he was a Telecom & Media Portfolio Manager at Sigma Capital, a subsidiary of SAC Capital. Mr. Harrington graduated from Columbia College in 1998. He was a member of the Columbia University Judiciary Board as well as a member of the varsity crew team.
