DATA TABLES

Meet one-on-one with qualified buyers. Attend the content in the morning, then participate in the afternoon at your own company table.

EXHIBIT TABLES

All day full branding, walk-up traffic, plus the one-on-one meetings held at your booth. Get increased brand exposure and more leads per event. Pre-event marketing exposure also included.

SPEAKING ROLE

Join a panel discussion or participate as a standalone speaker to tell your story, highlight product, drive awareness and leads.

  • Starting at $12,000

    • Select up to 10 One-on-One meetings with alternative data providers of your choice.

    • Access to and inclusion in the BattleFin Ensemble database for one month before and after the event.

    • Ability to submit data provider wish lists for additional datasets.

    • 2 Attendee passes for your team members

    • Note: This is a 36 inch low boy table with no branding opportunities.

  • Starting at $16,000

    • Up to 10 One-on-One meetings with alternative data buyers and ability to request meetings with buyers through the Bi-Directional meeting scheduler

    • Access to and inclusion in the BattleFin Ensemble database for one month before and after the event

    • Ability to submit a target buyer wish list, with our team helping to invite and encourage those buyers to attend and meet with you

    • An exhibit table (6 feet wide) with full branding - on average this attracts 2-3x more meetings due to walk-up traffic

    • 2 attendee passes for your team + invite up to 3 data buyers to attend the event complimentary

  • Starting at $25,000

    • Everything that’s included with a Data Table (or Silver Exhibit Table + $5,000), plus:

      • Secure a speaking position on one of our on-stage panels.

    • 3 attendee tickets for your team; 4 complimentary buy-side passes.

  • Starting at $50,000

    • Everything that’s included with a Silver Exhibit Table, plus:

      • A stand-alone speaking role to all event attendees.

    • 4 event passes + 10 Complimentary buy-side passes.

  • Starting at $100,000

    • Everything that’s included with a Platinum Package, plus:

      • A stand-alone speaking role to all event attendees at Breakfast/Lunch in addition to a stage-slot.

    • 5 event passes + 10 Complimentary buy-side passes.

  • Starting at $25,000

    Roll out your brand identity across the cocktail party / conference after-party, which is well-attended by buy-side attendees in a more relaxed setting at a high-end venue. This sponsorship can be purchased standalone for prominent brand recognition. There is also an opportunity to make opening remarks at the outset. Food & beverage is included in the cost. $25k as an add on - $30 standalone (including two event tickets).
