Dr. Chao He is a Vice President and Head of AI at Wisers (a global leader in all-media big data business intelligence for Greater China market) and an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) Business School. He holds a Ph.D. degree in artificial intelligence (BIT, 2001) and an EMBA degree (Kellogg-HKUST, 2020). He has published 20+ papers in top international journals and conferences and holds 40+ international patents in the fields of the artificial intelligence and its applications. He is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
Harish is the Regional Head of Near, the world’s largest source of intelligence on people and places. Harish currently runs their SEA and HK business, where he is responsible for executing Near’s vision to become the most accurate and privacy-safe source of intelligence on human mobility and help brands and enterprises solve their business challenges using real world signals.
Harish has over 12+ years regional and global marketing experience having worked in India, UK and Singapore. He has spent significant time in SEA markets driving best practices in mobile advertising, data privacy, location intelligence, brand safety and ad-fraud solutions for brands.
Harish holds an MBA from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Tim is a co-founder and CEO of BattleFin Group Inc. BattleFin is an ecosystem focused on bringing alternative data to the world through BattleFin’s Ensemble© Technology Platform. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Tim was the President and a Partner at Lion’s Path Capital, a hedge fund strategy incubator where he allocated capital to 30 fundamental and systematic portfolio managers since the launch in 2009. From January 2006 until 2009, Mr. Harrington was a Portfolio Manager at J.P. Morgan Ventures where he was in charge of Global Technology, Media & Telecom Investments. From February 2002 until January 2006 he was a Telecom & Media Portfolio Manager at Sigma Capital, a subsidiary of SAC Capital. Mr. Harrington graduated from Columbia College in 1998. He was a member of the Columbia University Judiciary Board as well as a member of the varsity crew team.
