Reyhan Ayas is a labor economist at Revelio Labs. RL absorbs and standardizes hundreds of millions of public employment records to create the world's first universal HR database, allowing us to understand the workforce dynamics and trends of any company. Prior to joining RL, Reyhan did a PhD in Economics at Princeton University, where she focused on labor economics with research interests in education, diversity, and discrimination. She holds an MSc in Economics from London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA from Sabanci University, Istanbul.

Arnulfo Garza is data professional with more than 20 years of experience in data collection, preparation, and analysis. He is currently the VP of operations in Mex Research. He has developed strategic insights, business plans and other useful documents in the decision-making processes. He has also participated in the execution of strategic plan, where he has been able to generate new sales leads; perform pre-sales and post-sales activities, tie key client requirements to project execution, coordinate and supervise research and project development teams, collect market and industry data, perform statistical analysis, and write conclusions, recommendations, and suggested plans of actions.

The results of +200 market research projects have been useful to detect areas of opportunity and develop businesses in the produce, agro-industrial, automotive, chemical, steel; and, most recently in the financial sector. The results have also led to develop logistics related strategies such as the Colombia International Bridge, Port of Houston and Port of Barcelona, as well as several State Governments in Mexico. He has data experience in almost every industry and have conducted over 200 custom data projects in Mexico, USA, Spain, and China.

Mr. Garza received a bachelor's degree in Economics and has postgraduate studies in Applied Statistics, both from ITESM, Campus Monterrey. He is a co-author in "Monterrey vision 2020", he has published articles in industrial market research and supply chain specialized press and has been invited to offer speeches in congresses in Mexico and in the US.

He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Tim was the President and a Partner at Lion’s Path Capital, a hedge fund strategy incubator where he allocated capital to 30 fundamental and systematic portfolio managers since the launch in 2009. From January 2006 until 2009, Mr. Harrington was a Portfolio Manager at J.P. Morgan Ventures where he was in charge of Global Technology, Media & Telecom Investments. From February 2002 until January 2006 he was a Telecom & Media Portfolio Manager at Sigma Capital, a subsidiary of SAC Capital. Mr. Harrington graduated from Columbia College in 1998. He was a member of the Columbia University Judiciary Board as well as a member of the varsity crew team.
