COVID-19 Precautions

BattleFin is committed to providing a safe, sanitary environment for Discovery Day Miami. Strict safety precautions will be implemented, and we will be working closely with our venues to ensure that cleanliness, disinfection, and social distancing protocols are consistent with CDC recommendations, including but not limited to:

  • Requiring COVID-19 vaccination card or a negative COVID-19 PCR test within 48 hours of arrival at Discovery Day Miami. At-home, rapid, and antigen tests will not be sufficient or accepted. 
  • Limiting attendance to 500 people and 100 alternative data tables
  • Recommending the use of face masks while indoors
  • Classroom-style seating spaced to meet social distancing requirements
  • Outdoor networking events whenever possible
  • Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of public areas, paying special attention to high-touch and traffic areas.
  • BattleFin has the right to cancel registration and turn away attendees who do not adhere to safety protocols at any time. Tickets cancelled for health & safety reasons are non-refundable.
